R. Shawn Wilkins
DVMFollowing graduation from Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1989, Dr. Wilkins worked in a mixed animal and exotic practice in the Greenspoint area for four years. He then worked briefly at VCA Countryside Animal Hospital before becoming an Associate Veterinarian at VCA Woodlands Animal Hospital. In 2002, Dr. Wilkins assumed the role of Medical Director of VCA Woodlands Animal Hospital. Dr. Wilkins is happily married to his wife and together they home educate their two children. On his day off, Dr. Wilkins enjoys teaching science to their children and a few other home schoolers. The Wilkins are active members of their church in The Woodlands. Dr. Wilkins and his wife teach their dauther's Sunday School class and Dr. Wilkins serves as small group leader in his son's Youth Group. Dr. Wilkins is an Eagle Scout and is currently the Scout Master of a Boy Scout Troop in The Woodlands. He enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, and outdoor activites including fly fishing, golfing, camping, backpacking, and playing disc golf.

Mike Nicolosi
DVMDr. Nicolosi (also known as Dr. Nic�) has worked in veterinary clinics since high school. Since graduating from Texas A&M in 1984, he has practiced in the Houston and Conroe area. He worked for several years as a relief vet travelling to practices in Harris, Montgomery, and surrounding counties. A resident of The Woodlands since 1985, he has been with VCA since 2004. Dr. Nicolosi and his wife, Linda, live in The Woodlands and are active in their congregation at Lord of Life Lutheran Church. They have two adult children. Dr. Nicolosi enjoys playing guitar and ukulele, visiting with friends, and learning about wines and fine food. Special Interest:Dr. Nicolosi enjoys all aspects of veterinary practice, but has a special interest in promoting veterinary dentistry.

Holly Pappas
DVMHolly Pappas, DVM was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She decided to become a veterinarian when, at eight years old, she and her father took her beloved boxer puppy to the vet for the first time. She attended Ohio State University for 8 years, earning both her undergraduate degree in animal science and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. She then spent the next 10 years practicing small animal medicine in Chicago and the Chicago suburbs. When she is not practicing medicine, Dr. Pappas enjoys reading, working out, scuba diving and sky diving! She is thrilled with the opportunity to live and work in Texas and warns the Aggies to watch out, there is a Buckeye in town. She has two lovely domestic short haired cats - Braveheart and Mullen. .
