Ms. Natasha began her career as the Prekindergarten Teacher, a position she thoroughly enjoyed. She loved doing arts and crafts with her class, and being creative in general. She has carried that creativity with her into serving as Center Director. She creates special theme days for both the staff and children, and enjoys creating an environment of learning in her center. It is important to Ms. Natasha to make sure families who attend her center recognize that learning and education don't have to wait until public school: Learning can start at any age!

Ms. Ashley has been at this center since 2015, but began her career with KinderCare in 2012 as the Prekindergarten Teacher and then as Program Specialist, two positions she thoroughly enjoyed. She has worked with prekindergarten children for three years before becoming an Assistant Director. She is excited to come to work each day to see how students incorporate what they have been taught and apply their lessons into everyday learning experiences. In addition, Ms. Ashley helps the other teachers develop activities to further the students' experiences within the KinderCare curriculum. Ashley also teaches our Learning Adventure programs, in particular small-group instruction in Phonics focusing on letters and sounds and vowels and blending. She looks forward to not only making an impact with our families, but in the students' educational growth.

As the Program Specialist, Ms. Annette's goal is to prepare children socially, emotionally, and academically for Kindergarten. The teachers provide numerous opportunities for children to represent ideas through drawing and writing stories; inventing unique dance moves; using props to dramatize stories; and expressing independent thinking and expression through art and music. Ms. Annette and the teachers help children develop social skills through character-building activities to help identify emotions; have group discussions to practice sharing ideas, thoughts, and feelings; and provide opportunities to cooperate, negotiate, problem solve, and make independent choices. Ms. Annette encourages children to think through and solve problems by investigating, estimating, and testing solutions; builds daily outdoor activities into the schedule designed to get children thinking and moving; and gives children many choices to participate in activities that interest and challenge them. Ms. Annette looks forward to building a relationship with your family!

With her passion for early childhood, teaching the children has given Ms. Jackeline the privileged to show them different things that allow them to be successful. She gets to see every child smile by being able to spend time with them, help them develop, and have an impact on their growth.
