Hammond Remodeling & Construction (HRC) is a veteran-owned, family-run operation serving Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. HRC started as a residential remodeling contractor during the financial crisis in 2008-2009, renovating hundreds of REO foreclosure properties. We continued as a preferred contractor for Redfin and Open Door in Houston and Austin, and worked directly with homeowners and commercial businesses as well. We have completed numerous commercial projects, including metal roofing for indoor storage buildings, office build-outs and renovations, constructing tennis club outbuildings, and bathroom renovations. We are currently renovating a 122-unit hotel-to-multifamily conversion in Houston's Galleria area.
