Our programs are backed by science and developed by some of the most educated performance coaches in the industry. Our forward-thinking approach to collaboration with hospital systems, professional sports teams, universities and independent school districts is setting new standards for health and performance training. Our North Houston facility (ATH-Spring/Klein) is located on Stuebner Airline Road, within The Farm League Park and next to the uScore Soccer Complex. Also operating within the building is Houston Methodist Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. ATH helps to complete Houston Methodist’s return to play continuum by providing post-rehab sports performance training for athletes and regular adults who are recovering from injuries and looking to get back to pre-injury condition. Together ATH and Houston Methodist also collaborate on human performance education for local high school, middle school and club sport coaches in the community. Fitness and training programs provided at ATH include: - Personal training - Group fitness classes for adults - Sports training for ages 8 and up - Performance training for collegiate athletes, professional athletes and olympic athletes - Post-injury training services - team training Our sports training programs include agility training, jump training, strength and conditioning, sprint training, plyometric training, and more. The skills taught in these classes benefit ALL sports from soccer, swimming, football, basketball, softball, baseball, lacrosse, to volleyball and beyond. Our adult fitness training includes weight lifting, functional fitness, HIIT, cardio, core and more. You'll never do the same workout twice in this program. We include modifications to meet you where you're at, so whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you're a seasoned pro, you can benefit from our training. We offer group and individual training for collegiate athletes, aspiring professional athletes and professional athletes looking to gain an edge on their competition. Our training is evidence-led, backed-by-science and programmed by some of the most educated performance coaches in the industry. We provide sport-specific training and position-specific training for all sports. Athletes receive advanced evaluations and reports to optimize and monitor peak performance. We also offer Combine, Pro Day Prep, collegiate and multi-season sport training packages. ATH has helped world-class athletes prepare for the world’s biggest stages, including college playoffs, the Olympics and even the Super Bowl.

Are you returning from injury but not quite prepared for your pre-injury level of training? In our Return-to-Play program, we work with athletes or anyone else coming back from chronic and/or acute injury rehabilitation. In this personalized training program, we work with your doctor and physical therapist to prescribe a program to get you back to the weight room, turf and life as quickly as possible while also reducing the risk of reinjury. This program is for all ages, sports and fitness levels. We offer evaluations specific to your injury history. Personalized 1:1 and semi-supervised training options are available.

If you're a coach looking for support in team training or to supplement the training you already have, look no further! We offer large group training and consultation on annualized training plans to maximize long-term sport success of your athletes. We also focus on injury prevention so your athletes can remain in play all season. We work with teams, clubs, schools, semi- and professional organizations and more to get their players ready for competition. We can come to you or you can train at any of our state-of-the-art training facilities. Our training includes physical, technical, tactical and psychological development. Depending on the size and needs of your team, ATH coaches can help create, supplement an/or boost existing school, club and recreational sports programs. ATH can help fill gaps teams find in sourcing, time, equipment, space and staffing.

If group training isn't for you or if you're looking to supplement your existing training program, we can help! We offer personal training for every age, sport and fitness level.
We offer Sports Camps during most school breaks (Summer break, Spring Break, Fall Break, Christmas Break). Our multi-sport camp provides kiddos ages 8-12 with a fun, positive environment to increase their athletic ability through exposure to elite performance coaching. Our camp is packed with activities, including: weight training, games, skills drills and friendly competitions; fundamentals of resistance training, speed and agility movements; coordination and teamwork skills; and exposure to different sports throughout the week. We offer full-day and half-day passes, sibling discounts and many other ways to save.
